From day 1 when Dustin met with my wife and I he left a lasting impression of professionalism and superb quality that continued through our closing. Dustin had a game plan to get our home sold, but also had a contingency plan should our house not sell. What was great was Dustin's communication throughout. He would update both my wife and I should be have any new information but he would also be proactive in answering questions throughout the process. We needed to buy a home and sell our current home, and his expertise ensured us a quick transaction on both ends. We never imagined that we would be able to find the home that checked all of the essential boxes since we were in a seller's market and inventory of homes was quite small. "As a first time homeowner I wasn't sure what to expect, but Dustin was with me every step of the way to explain and make the buying process as simple as possible. Dustin responded in a very timely manner to any questions (there were many), or property viewing requests I had. It was very evident that Dustin had my best interest in mind. In the beginning of my search I was a getting a little anxious, but Dustin made sure I was patient and waited until I found the right home. Without Dustin's advice and guidance, I probably would not have ended up with the home I am in today, which I love. I couldn't recommend Dustin and his team any more highly."

"We chose Dustin as our realtor as our son said "Mom, you have to call Dustin. He is the best." And we found that to be true, from our first meeting forward. He was personable and professional. He gave us excellent and practical advice on what updates we needed to do and complete. He was familiar with our neighborhood, schools, parks and shops. "Dustin and Rachelle are a fantastic team. As a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect. Dustin and Rachelle have a great network of contacts to help you every step of the way when purchasing your home. The process was streamlined and efficient. I kept waiting for the "hard" part that everyone warns you about with all the paperwork and stress, but it never came. I never felt overwhelmed during the process, and everything was handled in a timely matter.
